We at BCS Tutorial Service are composed of talented and certified educators who work together to enhance each student’s knowledge and proficiency in whichever subject they choose to master. Since 2000, our mission has remained the same, to confidently address learning differences in each student by creating uniquely personalized learning experiences for every student.

Our online tutoring options provide flexibility with sessions available in 30-minute ($35) and 1-hour ($60) increments, ensuring personalized attention to meet the unique needs of each student.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Dr. Cynthia G. Mulkey, the CEO of BCS Tutorial Service, brings over 25 years of educational experience to the table. With certifications in English Language Arts, English as a Second Language, and Special Education. Dr. Mulkey has contributed to both public and private school curriculums in Katy ISD, Cy-Fair ISD, and Houston ISD. She has been recognized for her outstanding contributions, including presenting at Secondary Education Content Training for KISD and receiving a $5,000 Katy Education Foundation Grant. In addition, Dr. Mulkey has advised and proofread for both Masters and Doctoral Candidates, as well as served as the as a contributing editor for Hibiscus Press U.S.A., Social & Natural Science Research, Volumes 1-4.
